PLACING YOUR ORDER
- ‘Add to basket’ any purchase you would like to make.
- When you are ready to check out, click on the ‘Basket’ link on the top right hand corner of your screen.
- Select your preferred method of delivery from the delivery drop down menu.
- Once you are happy with your selection, click the ‘Purchase now’ button.
- You then need to enter your billing information and delivery address.
- You will then need to enter your payment details.
- Once you have entered your payment details, select the ‘purchase now’ button and wait for a screen confirmation of that your order has been received.
- You will also be sent an Order Confirmation email verifying the details of your order shortly after.
- An Order Dispatch email will be sent later confirming receipt of your payment and dispatch of your purchase.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
- Once an order is placed and dispatched, it is not possible to make changes or cancel your order online.
- You may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, stating your order number and we will try to help you as far as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will change it. However, if your order has already been dispatched, then you will need to follow our cancellation or returns procedure.

- Below, you will find our final dates to place your order to receive your delivery before Christmas Day.
- Final date for Standard Delivery: December 18th by 6pm (My Hermes or Royal Mail).
- Final date for Next Day Delivery: December 21st by 11.30am (UK Mail Next Day Service).
- Please note: Couriers have been experiencing some disruption due to the snow fall and weather conditions across the UK.
- During the check out process, you will select a delivery option for your order.
- Once your payment has been received, and your order has been dispatched, you will receive an Order Dispatch email from us.
- Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed on Monday.
- We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of the payment being received. This excludes all public holidays and Bank holidays.

- All packaged must be signed for.
- There will be no deliveries on UK Bank holidays. Orders will be dispatched the following working day.

- At present, we only deliver within the UK.
- If you wish to have goods sent outside of the UK or to the Channel Islands, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see if we can arrange this.
- If you have not received your package within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at email@example.com, quoting your order number.
- We will investigate the missing package and arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
DAMAGED GOODS OR INCORRECT DELIVERY
- If your order arrives and the items are incorrect or the goods arrive damaged or defective, please follow our Returns Policy.
- In these circumstances, you will not be charged for returns and will be offered a full refund.
